Sarah and Claire Colville step back.

Llandudno Football Club can confirm that Sarah and Claire Colville are taking a step back from their current roles after 14 years.

Everyone at Llandudno FC would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Sarah and Claire for their hard work, dedication and contribution to not only our ladies’ team, but the entire club throughout that time.

Both will remain involved as they take this step back, with Claire continuing to deliver our PAN disability sessions and Sarah supporting the handover of the ladies’ team.

Chairman Dave Guinn said:

“All good things must come to an end, as they say. What the girls have done for this club over the years has been nothing short of absolutely amazing. I think any football club would have wanted people like them involved. I cannot thank them enough for the time and effort that they have given us. It will not be the same without them!”

To celebrate their contribution, the club will hold a testimonial match next year. Further details will be announced in due course.

We are grateful for everything Sarah and Claire have contributed and the part they have played in the history of ladies’ football at Llandudno.
