Iwan signs on!

We are delighted to announce that Iwan Cartwright has committed his future to Llandudno FC ahead of the 2026/27 Cymru Premier season!

“Pep”, who was named Coaches’ Player of the Season at our recent end-of-season awards, was one of Jordan’s later additions last summer but has quickly become a pivotal figure in the squad. A stalwart at the back, he missed just 100 minutes of football across the entire campaign and has proven crucial both on and off the pitch!

Iwan commented:“I’m delighted to have signed again for next season. The club is in a great place at the minute, both on and off the pitch, so it’s something I’m proud to be a part of. I’ve loved every minute so far and I’m really looking forward to the challenge of competing in the league above again. I’m excited for what’s ahead and ready to play my part in hopefully another successful season.”

Jordan added:“Pep has been brilliant for us this season, only missing 100 league minutes all year. He has been incredibly consistent, and to have him signed for next season is fantastic for both the team and the club. He’s great to work with, and I’m looking forward to continuing that next season.”
