Today the Llandudno Football Club in the Community team reached 1,000 children coached this summer holidays in their summer camps! An incredible achievement by the team who have been working tirelessly 5 days a week, every week so far of the holidays to provide camp activities to children aged between 5 and 13 years old.
The not-for-profit community arm of Llandudno Football Club, lead by coaches Tristan Jones and Josh Boyle have racked up 150 camp hours to date this summer, and with no less than 25 children attending on any day, they have today hit 1,025 children coached with 39 in attendance. The team, assisted by Connor Murphy have been continuing with their fun football sessions on Mondays and Fridays along with the summer holiday camp, achieving an average of over 250 children coached per week across Tots, Turn Up and Play, PAN Disability, and Camp days.
The team have also been joined by some incredible young leaders this camp from within the club, assisting the team with running the 6 hour day sessions, who we simply could not offer the quality without.
So a huge thank you from everyone at Llandudno Football Club to our Community Team of Coaches and Young Leaders below:
