Scott McHarrie signs for Llandudno

By Geraint Roberts

New manager Matty Jones has brought Scott McHarrie with him from Denbigh Town as the midfielder puts pen to paper with the club.

“Joining a club of this size was too big to turn down.” Scott McHarrie

Scott won Denbigh Town's Player's Player of the Season last year and feels like joining Llandudno was an offer he couldn't refuse.

"The opportunity to join a club of this size and to work with Matty again was just too big to turn down. I feel like I had a good season last year and I am really looking to build on that."

Matty Jones has been working with Scott at Wrexham and Denbigh and feels like we are signing one of the best young midfielders at this level.

"Having worked with Scott for a number of years at Wrexham and then Denbigh, I know we are signing one of the best young midfield players at this level." said Matty.

"Scott improved week on week last season and I will be looking to continue that development with him here at Llandudno FC.

Scott is the latest to be announced to be joining the club after Dean Seager was confirmed earlier on today, as well as Danny Hughes extending his contract.
