Iwan Williams Looks For Fresh Start

With the new manager, Iwan Williams, now in place and settling into his new role, he has put a great deal of thought into his coaching and backroom staff and has decided to make a fresh start with his own, new support team and has released Assistant Manager Chris Morrell and First Team coach Craig Hogg.

Chris joined in the last close season under previous manager Alan Morgan and the club would like to thank him for his efforts and the assistance he provided; we wish him success in his next football appointment.

Craig has been a stalwart of the club for over 10 years, as a player and then moving into coaching. He always wore his heart on his sleeve as a player and carried this through into coaching, where he is held in very high regard throughout football and is seen as another rising young star in the respected Welsh Football coaching firmament. He has made his mark at our club and this will stand the test of time. The club thank him sincerely for his dedication and professionalism during his long time with us and wish him well too in his future footballing career.

These were undoubtedly hard decisions for the new manager and the board as there are many personal connections to people throughout the Welsh pyramid, which we recognise, but as they say, this is the way of football and we all look to move forward.
