Carey said "I'm delighted to be back playing for my home town club, I can't wait to get started."

Manaager Matty Jones has said that he is also happy to have Joe in his squad, and that the progression of the squad is there for all to see.

"I am delighted that Joe has agreed to re-join the club, and this is a chance for him to come in now and prove himself with the group." said Matty.

"It's another signing that demonstrates the progression we are making early in the off-season."
